  • This 8-session module builds an understanding of Trust and Emotional Intelligence as foundations to great team dynamics. Early sessions will explore how Personal (1:1) Trust works and what personal elements build trust. Later sessions provide practical approaches to building Organizational Trust.

3. Executive Presence

  • This 6-9 session module on Developing and Enhancing High Performance Teams is designed for executive and mid-level leadership teams who want to improve the quality and results of their work as a team.

4. Building the High-Performance Team

  • This 9-12 session module will walk the participants through concepts related to “stepping up to the plate” as a leader and increasing leadership presence. Early sessions will define “good” presence and style for the executive, situational shifts in style and examples of good leadership.

5. Communication & Influence

  • This 12-session module will walk the Leaders through several models of Effective Communication that they can apply to their everyday work at an individual, group/team, and organizational level.

6. Inclusive Leadership (DEI)

  • This module includes (a) two short “grounding” sessions for senior leadership to to help them understand and support the Inclusive Leadership course, and (b) a 12-session course designed to attract, develop, promote, and retain high-potential early-to-mid career underrepresented employees, using a combination of a curated foundational curriculum of leadership development courses, executive coaching, and group coaching.

7. Developing a Culture of Accountability & Results

  • This 6-9 session module on developing Accountability is designed for executive and mid-level leadership teams who want to improve personal accountability, team accountability, and overall organizational effectiveness.

8. Creative Problem Solving and Innovation Management

  • this 8-12 session module is designed for leaders who are seeking to improve the process of problem solving within their own groups. The module covers several methods of problem solving and participants will have the opportunity to work on several current/relevant problems they are experiencing in the workplace.

9. Managing & Leading in a Changing Workplace

  • This 9-12 session module provides best-practices for leaders who want to improve their ability to cope with physical workplace demands (remote workers, workers), demographic changes (new workforce members such as Gen Y and Gen Z) and ESG demands (engaging employees in community service, cause-based leadership). The sessions will allow participants to craft improved strategies for their overall workplace and individual departments.
