Maritza Reverón is an executive coach, trainer and facilitator that serves as a thought partner to high-performing leaders at startups, in government and Fortune 100 & 500 brands like Google, Facebook, Pfizer, McDonald's and Coca-Cola. 

Her background blends over 15 years of expertise in strategic communications, brand management and leadership development. Drawing upon years of experience in the corporate, agency, and government space, she’s become skilled at influencing at various levels – with teams, cross-functional colleagues and senior leaders – and regularly teaches that very subject to clients around the world. She also has a strong passion and track record for shaping learning and development initiatives to up-level individual, team, and organizational capabilities. 

As a proud Latina, she is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, with extensive experience coaching women of color on strategies for navigating and succeeding at the executive level. Maritza lives on the east coast with her husband, son and daughter.
