Lynna Redhawk is a compassionate and innovative coach who empowers individuals to explore, identify and address areas of their lives or career needing improvement. She specializes in self-discovery coaching, ontological methodologies, and a variety of industry resources used to support personal and professional exploration, development, and transitions. Lynna is known for being an intuitive guide who thrives on interacting with people from a wide range of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and life stages, as well as her sensitivity and compassion when working with clients.
As a coach, Lynna serves as a catalyst for positive change with a proven ability to develop and retain strong relationships. She is exceptionally skilled in conveying empathy, in strategic communication, and intentional listening to help individuals overcome internal and external roadblocks.
Lynna earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego, trained in ontological coaching with the Newfield Network and will be starting a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute for Integral Studies in August 2022. She has been working as a Personal and Professional Coach since 2019. Lynna has experience with non-profit organizations, operations management, government administration, and most recently, addiction medicine.
