In 2016, Jill co-founded Women Speak Tech, a networking and mentorship community where digital media professionals come to learn, engage and grow. Jill is a certified executive coach, digital experience industry leader, advisor, and speaker with a strong Silicon Valley network. She loves working with global teams and has lived and worked in San Diego, Seattle, England, and Silicon Valley. Entrepreneurial by nature, Jill founded Ajillity in 2005, and is focused on leadership, martech advising, and business strategy based on inclusion, trust, and accountability. Equally comfortable communicating with creatives, techies, consumers, and the c-suite, Jill is very direct and results-oriented, with demonstrated achievement developing and directing worldwide marketing strategies that drive demand and build brand equity. 

She is a coach for the Gratitude Network and Women Unlimited. Past board positions have included President of the Kaleialoha AOAO Board of Directors, and positions of President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director on other Boards, including the Loma Public Education Fund, CT English Home and School Club, and the Summit Woods Mutual Water Company. Jill has an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Seattle University, a BS in Cognitive Science and a BA in Quantitative Economics from UCSD. She enjoys life to the fullest on the California Coast and enjoys hiking and travel.
