Elizabeth Pinkerton is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of professional experience in organization effectiveness, human resources, business strategy, and operations. She brings extensive knowledge in driving enterprise-level transformation while working across multiple business functions.
Elizabeth served as the HR leader for Pocket Gems, a mobile gaming company and Lolli and Pops, a national retail business. She also founded and served as president of a successful retail business for 10 years, achieving an average annual growth rate of 20%. In addition, she has held leadership positions in business and technology operations at Intuit and Webvan, where she drove process and technology infrastructure development for sales, marketing, and customer service. Elizabeth has also served as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting and Hewitt Associates leading change management, organization effectiveness, and process redesign initiatives as part of enterprise-wide system implementation programs for clients in the technology, energy and healthcare industries.
Elizabeth’s industry experience includes technology, retail, healthcare, energy, banking, and consumer goods. Her functional expertise includes human resources, retail operations, call center operations, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Elizabeth earned her M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her undergraduate degree in Economics and Japanese Studies from Wellesley College. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), having received her training at the Co-Active Training Institute.
